How to Use: 
Gently cover the back camera lens with one fingertip and remain still. After a few seconds, you will receive your heart rate measurement. For accurate results, stay in a well-lit area or turn on the flashlight.

Accuracy: 
Our app utilizes the camera of your phone to capture an image and employs advanced algorithms to recognize your heartbeat. The accuracy of the measurement is ensured through comprehensive and professional experiments.

Frequency of Use: 
For precise measurements, utilize the app multiple times a day, particularly upon waking up, before bedtime, and after completing workouts.

Normal Heart Rate: 
According to the American Heart Association and the Mayo Clinic, a normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute (bpm). However, heart rate can be influenced by various factors such as stress, fitness level, and medication usage.
